Mexican Rice

  1. BROWN onion and beef in large saucepan.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. STIR in rice and cilantro.
  5. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 min.
  6. SPRINKLE with cheese and cover and let stand until cheese melts.
