Delicious Soup Base for Yose Nabe (Mixed Hot Pot)

• 800 ml Dashi stock
• 2 tbsp Sake
• 2 tbsp Mirin
• 50 ml Usukuchi soy sauce
• 1 dash Salt

1. Prepare the dashi stock.
2. You can use store-bought Japanese dashi stock granules.
3. Pour 4 cups of dashi stock in a pot, add the other ingredients in the order listed.
4. Bring it to a boil, put your own choice of ingredients and just enjoy .
5. You definitely need chicken meatballs.
