Chipotle Ketchup

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Cook, stirring often, until the sauce thickens, 2 to 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
  4. This will keep, tightly covered, in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
