Easy Hummus
- 1 can (15 Oz) Chickpeas, Drained, Liquid Reserved
- 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- In a food processor or blender combine chickpeas, garlic, cumin, salt.
- Blend on low, slowly adding the reserved chickpea liquid until desired consistency.
- Enjoy with veggies, pitas, crackers etc.
