Passionate Dark Sienna Cookie

  1. Bake at 350 degrees, 12-15 minutes, about three dozen cookies.

  6. Take a full teaspoon of dough, roll into a ball in palm of hand.
  7. If the dough will not form a ball add two more tablespoons of molasses.
  8. Place on aluminum foil or parchment paper about one and a half inch apart, flatten slightly, sprinkle top of cookie with water (for a cracked finished effect) then sprinkle top with a hint of sugar.
  9. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

  11. The finished cookie is round and flattened when baked.
