Butter-Soy Sauce Stir-fry with Snow Peas and Shiitake
- 20 Snow peas
- 2 Fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 5 grams Butter
- 1 around 5 drops Soy sauce
- 1 Umami seasoning
- Peel the strings from the snow peas.
- Thickly slice the shiitake mushrooms (about 5 mm thick).
- You could remove the raw taste of snow peas by boiling water in a saucepan over high heat with a pinch of salt and blanch the snow peas for 30-60 seconds.
- Then drain and shock the peas in cold water.
- Drain again and then set aside.
- Melt the butter in the frying pan, stir-fry Step 1.
- Once vegetables soften, add soy sauce.
- Sprinkle with umami seasoning to taste.
