Manila Clams Steamed With Soy Sauce and Butter You May Run Out of Rice

  1. Put the de-sanded and well rinsed clams in a pot.
  2. Sprinkle with sake, and cook until the shells open up.
  3. Add the soy sauce and butter, and turn off the heat.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped scallions, and enjoy!
