pesto chicken

  1. salt and pepper chicken
  2. heat olive oil in hot pan
  3. add chicken skin size down cook till crispy
  4. add 1 table.
  5. spoon pesto to raw side of chicken
  6. When chicken skin is crispy flip it over
  7. add onion and tomatoes around chicken
  8. put put in, 375F oven and finish cooking.
  9. 20 min.
  10. let cool 5 min then serve

chicken, olive oil, pesto, onion, tomatoes, salt pepper
