Chicken & Rice Pilaf Recipe

  1. In a 1 1/2 qt casserole, combine rice, dry onion soup, cream mushroom soup, boiling water and dry sherry.
  2. Place chicken atop rice mix, brush with butter and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till chicken and rice are tender.
