Cherry Cheesecake

  1. Mix crumbs, sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Add melted butter and press mixture firmly into a greased 8" square pan-- make about 1/4" thick.
  3. Chill 45 mins.
  4. whip Cream cheese until fluffy, gradually add milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
  5. Blend well.
  6. Pour over crust and chill 2-3 hours.
  7. Garnish top with pie filling.
