Buffalo Chicken Fajitas
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Cut Into Strips
- 1 whole Yellow Onion, Sliced
- 1 whole Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 1/4 cups (scant) Frank's Buffalo Sauce
- 4 whole Flour Tortillas
- Sour Cream, To Serve
- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil.
- When hot, add chicken strips and cook 56 minutes.
- Add onion and peppers and saute 34 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add Buffalo sauce.
- Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave 2030 seconds.
- Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, add sour cream if desired, and enjoy!
- Note: I like to serve these fajitas with a side of cooked black beans.
