Buffalo Chicken Fajitas

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil.
  2. When hot, add chicken strips and cook 56 minutes.
  3. Add onion and peppers and saute 34 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add Buffalo sauce.
  5. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave 2030 seconds.
  7. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, add sour cream if desired, and enjoy!
  8. Note: I like to serve these fajitas with a side of cooked black beans.
