Big Green Salad with Cherry Tomatoes and Buttermilk Dressing

  1. Whisk together the garlic, apple-cider vinegar, honey, lemon juice, buttermilk, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. If you have time, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
  3. Put the lettuce and cherry tomatoes in a large serving bowl.
  4. Toss with the dressing, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
