Open-Face BLT
- 1 egg
- 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
- 2 Tbsp. Philadelphia Jalapeno Cream Cheese Product
- 1 tomato slice
- 1 slice cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup loosely packed arugula
- Cook egg in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.
- or until white is set and yolk is firm, turning after 3 min.
- Spread toast slice with cream cheese product; top with tomato, bacon, arugula and egg.
