Stuffed Fillet of Sole

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Chop onion.
  3. Combine and cook shrimp, mushrooms, onion and parsley on low heat.
  4. Spread mixture on fillets.
  5. Roll and secure with toothpicks, Place in casserole dish and cover with sauce of remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake at 400F for 40 minutes.
