Chicken Burritos El Grande

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add onions and peppers; cook 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add chicken; cook 5 min.
  5. or until done, stirring frequently.
  6. Add seasoning mix and water; bring to boil.
  7. Stir in rice; cover.
  8. Cook on medium-low heat 5 min.
  9. Let stand 5 min.
  10. Spoon beans down centers of tortillas; top with chicken mixture and cheese.
  11. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.
  12. Serve topped with sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes.
