Frugal Cooking! Ginger Pork Stir-Fry with Plenty of Bean Sprouts

  1. Rinse the bean sprouts and drain excess water.
  2. Slice the pork belly and green bell peppers into thin slices.
  3. Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Sitr-fry the pork belly in a frying pan, adding bean sprouts, then bell peppers.
  5. Add the mixture of the ingredients and salt and pepper to taste, then transfer to serving plate and serve.
  6. I also recommend thickening it with katakuriko (using a ratio of 1 heaping tablespoon of katakuriko to 2 tablespoons of water)!
  7. This also tastes delicious over steamed rice or on stir-fried yakisoba noodles.
