carne asada nachos, cantina style

  1. cook beef in skillet over medium heat.
  2. during cooking, season with 1/2 tsp of each seasoning and 1 quarter of lemon at a time until all used.
  3. add more or less to taste.
  4. add also 2 pinch chopped cilantro to meat while cooking, until fully cooked.
  5. we cooked ours a little longer to make it a little crispy.
  6. heat beans until heated through.
  7. mix in about 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, heat until melted (opt.)
  8. place chips as desired on plate.
  9. "sprinkle" beans on chips.
  10. top with meat.
  11. top with cheese, place in microwave about 1 1/2 min, until cheese MOSTLY melted.
  12. top with desired toppings, place in microwave about 30 sec.
  13. top with sour cream for dipping.
  14. add tapatio or fave hot sauce as desired.
