Crock Pot Beef Stew
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, diced
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 3 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cups quartered button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 15 ounces diced tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Put all ingredients in crock pot and set to low.
- Cook 6-8 hours.
