Grilled BBQ Pork Tacos

  1. Blend barbecue sauce, 1 cup papaya, mustard and cumin in blender 1 min.
  2. or until smooth.
  3. Pour over ribs in large shallow dish; turn to evenly coat ribs.
  4. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate, turning ribs after 2 hours.
  5. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove ribs from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Grill ribs 12 to 15 min.
  8. on each side or until done.
  9. Warm tortillas as directed on package.
  10. Use 2 forks to pull meat into shreds.
  11. Combine remaining papaya, mint and pepper; spoon onto tortillas.
  12. Top with meat; roll up.
