Grilled BBQ Pork Tacos
- 1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 cups chopped peeled papaya, divided
- 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1-1/4 lb. boneless country-style pork ribs
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 12 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- Blend barbecue sauce, 1 cup papaya, mustard and cumin in blender 1 min.
- or until smooth.
- Pour over ribs in large shallow dish; turn to evenly coat ribs.
- Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate, turning ribs after 2 hours.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove ribs from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill ribs 12 to 15 min.
- on each side or until done.
- Warm tortillas as directed on package.
- Use 2 forks to pull meat into shreds.
- Combine remaining papaya, mint and pepper; spoon onto tortillas.
- Top with meat; roll up.
