Barbecued Spareribs (Grandma's Soft Meat)

  1. Place the spareribs in baking pan and cover.
  2. Bake at 325F for 2-3 hours until meat is tender.
  3. Pour off fat and remove bones (carefully--it's hot!
  4. ).
  5. Combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and brown sugar.
  6. Salt and pepper meat to taste.
  7. Baste spareribs with sauce and continue baking 30-40 minutes.
