Merry Mincemeats
- 2 12 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup butter
- 23 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 12 cups mincemeat
- 13 cup blanched almond
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Blend in egg and almond extract.
- Stir in dry.
- Roll half of the dough on silpat to 8x10.
- Spread mincemeat on top of it.
- Roll 2nd half of dough between wax paper.
- Place on top of mincemeat.
- Lightly beat egg white and brush on top.
- Spread almonds over top.
- Bake until golden.
- Cool.
- Cut diagonally to make nice diamonds.
- Enjoy.
