Mike's Chicken Recipe

  1. Cut up 2 chicken breasts into 1/2 inch strips and place in bowl.
  2. Combine marinade in blender and beat till smooth.
  3. Pour over chicken strips.
  4. Marinade for 1 hour.
  5. Beat the egg whites till stiff then beat in flour and lemon juice.
  6. Drain chicken strips then dip them in batter and quick fry for 5 min till golden.
  7. Wok works great for this recipe.
