Peri Peri Sauce

  1. Mix all the ingrediends together and blitz in a blender.
  2. The sauce can be used immediately but will improve with age and last in your fridge for months.
  3. You can use the sauce as a marinade, basting sauce or normal dipping sauce, salad dressing and on braaied food.
