Simple Italian Fish & Vegetables

  1. Pour 3/4 cup of the dressing over fish and vegetables; cover.
  2. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Drain; discard dressing.
  4. Place fish and vegetables on greased grill over medium coals.
  5. Grill until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are tender-crisp, turning and brushing with remaining 1/4 cup dressing.
