Creamy Pineapple Freeze Recipe

  1. In blender process pineapple juice and drink mix on low speed till combined, scraping down sides of container as necessary.
  2. Remove center of blender cover and, with blender running, add in ice cubes, 1 at a time, processing after each addition till thickened.
  3. Pour mix into 8 oz freezer-safe dessert dish; sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Cover and freeze till hard, 1 to 2 hrs.
  5. Makes 1 serving.
