Apple Crisp
- 4 cups granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 14 cups old fashioned oats
- 23 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 14 teaspoons cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 18 teaspoon ginger
- 12 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Place apples in greased 8-inch square baking dish and toss with the lemon juice.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Add the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Pat the mixture on top of the apples.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Serve with heavy cream.
