Crispy Fish

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Rinse fish in cold water.
  3. Coat moistened fish with seasoned coating.
  4. Place fish in 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 12 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  6. (Do not turn or cover.)
