Picnic Chicken Recipe
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 8 to 12 pcs of chicken
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 6 tbsp. corn meal
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix peanut butter, lowfat milk and salt; set aside.
- Mix paprika, flour and cornmeal.
- Pour melted butter into foil lined pan.
- Dip chicken in peanut butter mix and then roll into flour mix.
- Bake 1 hour; turn chicken over after 30 min.
