Picnic Chicken Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix peanut butter, lowfat milk and salt; set aside.
  3. Mix paprika, flour and cornmeal.
  4. Pour melted butter into foil lined pan.
  5. Dip chicken in peanut butter mix and then roll into flour mix.
  6. Bake 1 hour; turn chicken over after 30 min.
