Squash Casserole
- 1 lb squash, cooked and mashed
- 14 cup butter
- 12 cup milk
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 34 cup cracker crumb
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Mix all ingredients well.
- cook in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until firm.
