Ramona's Chicken Dip
- 2 1/2 cups chicken cooked and chopped
- 10 1/2 ounces soup, cream of chicken 1 can
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese cubed
- 1 small onions diced
- 12 each green bell peppers diced
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 1 each jalapeno pepper minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 x tortilla chips or crackers for dipping
- Saute garlic, onion, celery, green pepper and jalapeno in the margarine until soft.
- Stir in chopped chicken, chicken soup, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, poultry seasoning, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
- Stir in cheese and mix until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or my favorite triscits.
