Confetti Beef 'n Barley Salad

  1. Bring water and barley to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat; cover.
  2. Simmer on low heat 45 to 55 min.
  3. or until barley is tender; drain.
  4. Cool.
  5. Whisk next 6 ingredients until blended.
  6. Combine barley, meat, peppers and onion in large bowl.
  7. Add steak sauce mixture; mix lightly.
  8. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  9. Spoon barley mixture onto platter; top with oranges and tomatoes.
