Oyster RamakisA Seafood Version of Ramakis, Usually Made with Livers.

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Lay one oyster on each strip of bacon.
  3. Top each with 1/4 teaspoon parsley, and sprinkle with salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  4. Roll the bacon strips up around the oysters.
  5. Place the ramakis on a broiler tray, position about 4 inches from the heat source, and broil until well browned, 7 to 8 minutes.
  6. Turn carefully and broil until the bacon is very crisp, 3 to 4 minutes.
