Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Thinly slice chicken breasts.
  2. Add to wok or large skillet.
  3. Cook on medium until thoroughly cooked.
  4. During this time, thinly slice bell peppers.
  5. Once chicken is cooked add garlic salt, pepper, and broccoli.
  6. Simmer on medium for five minutes.
  7. Add bell peppers, stir fry sauce, and bean sprouts.
  8. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  9. Serve on white or brown rice and enjoy!
