Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry
- 3 large Chicken Breasts
- 2 large Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Fresh Broccoli
- 1 1/2 cup Fresh Bean Sprouts
- 2 cup Kikkoman Stir Fry Sauce
- 4 cup Cooked Rice (2 cups uncooked)
- 1 Garlic Salt
- 1 Black Pepper
- Thinly slice chicken breasts.
- Add to wok or large skillet.
- Cook on medium until thoroughly cooked.
- During this time, thinly slice bell peppers.
- Once chicken is cooked add garlic salt, pepper, and broccoli.
- Simmer on medium for five minutes.
- Add bell peppers, stir fry sauce, and bean sprouts.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Serve on white or brown rice and enjoy!
