Thick & Hearty Beef Stew
- 1- 1/2 pound Boneless Stew Meat Cut In Cubes
- 5 whole Potatoes Cut Into 1/8
- 2 cups Cut Up Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Celery Cut Into 1/2 Inch Pieces
- 3 cans 14oz Stewed Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Quick Cooking Tapioca
- 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- Preheat oven to 275F.
- Combine all ingredients in a roaster.
- Mix gently but dont mush the ingredients.
- Bake at 275F for 5 hours.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Gently stir and serve.
