Crispy Baked Fish Recipe
- 1 pound Sole fillets or possibly other white fish
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. fine crushed walnuts
- 1/2 c. Cornflake crumbs
- Salt (optional)
- Pepper (optional)
- Dill (optional
- Garlic (optional)
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Wash and dry fillets, dip in oil then coat with Cornflake and walnut mix which has been finely crushed on wax paper or possibly food processor.
- Add in other seasonings if you like.
- Arrange fish in single layer on lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
- Bake for 10 min without turning or possibly basting.
- Serve with lemon slice.
