- 6 Chicken tenders
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp White cake flour
- 1 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Lemon and parsley
- Take any sinews off the chicken tenders, and cut into diagonal slices.
- Put the cut up chicken tenders in a plastic bag with the sake and garlic, and massage over the bag to rub in the flavors.
- Add the seasoning ingredients and rub them in too.
- Take the chicken out of the bag and dip in beaten egg.
- Pan fry in oil in a frying pan on both sides until done.
- Since this recipe doesn't have much salt, if it's not flavored enough for you, try adding more salt and pepper to the seasoning, or serve with some ketchup!
