Sophie's Espresso Martini

  1. Add ice to the shaker, and shake it up to cool it.
  2. Drain excess water.
  3. Add the other ingredients into the shaker.
  4. SHAKE!
  5. Give it a really good shake.
  6. A minute or two should do it.
  7. Pour through a sieve into your chosen glass.
  8. Garnish with a few coffee beans.
  9. Enjoy!
  10. NB: To make sugar syrup, heat equal parts water and sugar in a pan just until the sugar has dissolved.
  11. Allow to cool, and store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
