American Kitchen Classic Japanese Salad Dressing

  1. Simmer peeled carrots in 1 inch of water until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Drain and let cool (Skip this if using carrot puree).
  3. Combine carrots (puree), white miso, and ginger in a food processor.
  4. Pulse until smooth.
  5. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chives and sesame seeds and pulse until mixed.
  6. Chill.
