Green Tomato Ketchup Recipe

• 1 gal. green tomatoes, minced
• 1 sm. head cabbage, finely minced
• 1 lg. onion, finely minced
• 2 lbs. sugar
• 1 quart. vinegar
• 2 tbsp. mixed pickling spices

1. Wash tomatoes, cabbage and onions.
2. Put pickling spice in cheesecloth bag.
3. Mix all ingredients in large pan and boil on medium heat till thick.
4. Put in jars and seal.
