Fried Salmon Patties

• 2 cups cracker crumbs
• 1 cup salmon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 12 cups milk
• pepper

1. Roll crackers til they are finely crushed.
2. Mix with the other ingredients.
3. Drop mixture by tablespoons and fry with butter.
