Spanish Chicken & Rice

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken, onion and green peppers; cook until chicken is cooked through, turning chicken and stirring vegetables occasionally.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; stir.
  4. Bring to boil; cover.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. Fluff with fork.
