Slow And Easy Beef Stew Recipe

  1. Mix meat, potatoes, onions and carrots in large casserole or possibly large roaster.
  2. Cut up tomatoes and mix with remaining ingredients; pour sauce over meat and vegetables.
  3. Cover tightly and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hrs without opening the oven!
  4. Makes 8-10 servings.
