Mango Orange Sorbet Recipe
- 5 c. minced mango
- 2 c. frzn orange juice concentrate, unthawed
- 1/3 c. bottled water
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- Place mango in blender, and blend till smooth.
- Add in remaining ingredients and blend till thoroughly combined Pour into ungreased 8 or possibly 9-inch square pan.
- Cover, and freeze till almost hard, 5 to 7 hrs.
- Spoon into chilled processor bowl, and process till light and fluffy, but not thawed.
- Transfer to covered container, and freeze till hard, 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Makes 10 (1/2 c.) servings.
