Mango Orange Sorbet Recipe

  1. Place mango in blender, and blend till smooth.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and blend till thoroughly combined Pour into ungreased 8 or possibly 9-inch square pan.
  3. Cover, and freeze till almost hard, 5 to 7 hrs.
  4. Spoon into chilled processor bowl, and process till light and fluffy, but not thawed.
  5. Transfer to covered container, and freeze till hard, 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
  6. Makes 10 (1/2 c.) servings.
