Gin: Tom Collins
- Ice
- 1/4 cup gin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- Club soda
- Lemon wedge
- Combine lots of ice, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a mixing glass and shake.
- Strain into a glass of ice and top with club soda.
- Garnish: Lemon wedge.
