Triple Berry Crisp
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cold butter or margarine
- 3 cups whole grain cereal flakes with cranberries and almonds or GREAT GRAINS Cereal
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
- 1 cup water
- 1 pt. (2 cups) blueberries
- 1 pt. (2 cups) raspberries
- 1 pt. (2 cups) strawberries, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix flour and 2 Tbsp.
- sugar in large bowl.
- Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cereal; set aside.
- Mix 1 cup sugar and the tapioca in large saucepan; stir in water.
- Bring to full boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Toss berries in 2-qt.
- shallow baking dish.
- Pour tapioca mixture over berries; toss lightly.
- Sprinkle with the cereal mixture.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until hot and bubbly.
- Cool slightly.
- Cover and refrigerate any leftover crisp.
