Blueberrypop Pie

  1. Prepare 9 inch pie shell, bake until golden brown.
  2. Cool.
  3. Place 2 cups raw berries into cooled pie shell.
  4. Cook 2 cups berries, water, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt until thick.
  5. Stir in butter.
  6. Pour over raw berries in pie shell.
  7. Chill.
  8. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
