sig's deep-fried eggs
- 1 or 2 eggs person
- 1 pot of water for boiling eggs
- 1 pot with cooking oil for deep frying
- boil eggs for two or three minutes depending on size.Heat oil.
- Peel eggs after boiling,When fat is hot that a piece of bread is cooked within 45 seconds gently lower egg into fat letting it brown all over that takes about three to five minutes .
- serve immediately taking care when eating these get very hot
