Baker's Truffles

  1. Melt chocolate in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly; cool.
  2. Cream butter with egg yolk.
  3. Gradually add sugar, blending well.
  4. Stir in chocolate and vanilla.
  5. Chill until firm enough to handle.
  6. Shape into balls about 1-inch in diameter.
  7. Roll in nuts; chill.
  8. Store in refrigerator.
