Crock Pot Beef Stew Recipe
- 2 or possibly 2 1/2 lbs. stew meat
- 8 to 10 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 6 to 8 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon herb seasoning
- 2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 soup can of water
- Mix meat, potatoes and carrots together in crock pot.
- Sprinkle soup mix and herb seasoning over the top.
- Then spread cans of soup on it.
- Add in water to the crock pot.
- Turn it to low and cook 8 to 10 hrs.
