Tomato and Zucchini Appetizer

  1. Cut tomatos and zucchini into circles
  2. Add salt and black pepper to zucchini
  3. Fry zucchini on each side for 3-5 min
  4. Remove fryed zuccini and place on a paper towel (to remove extra oil)
  5. Fry tomatos on each side for less than 2 min
  6. Place zuccini and tomatoes like a peramid into baking pan
  7. Mix sour cream, mayo, minced garlic and oregano -- add in between layers
  8. Preheat oven.
  9. Bake 350 for 15 min
